Before Diana was Founder of the Inside Edge, she was well-established as the West Coast Martha Stewart, hosting her own long-running daily television series, “The New Way Gourmet.” Known as the “Traveling Gourmet,” she is the author of the Chicken Soup for the Soul Cookbook, The Pleasure of Your Company, LA Cuisine, Celebrations, The Art of Buffet Entertaining, With Love from Your Kitchen, and The von Welanetz Guide to Ethnic Ingredients. She will whisk us to the culinary corners of the world with a geographical guide to the herbs, spices, vegetables, fruits, cheeses, meats, fish and grains of the seven continents to add new dimensions to our cooking and eating repertoire.
